Charges and Options

• Gift orders are despatched by 1st Class post

• Most of the items we show online are in stock, however, if an item is not in stock we will contact you by email with a more accurate lead time.

• There is one charge for mainland UK which is £3.95. This is for 3 Items or less.

• We deliver Monday to Saturday by Royal Mail Post, between 9am and 6pm.

• If you have ordered items which show a delivery within 14 days or more, you will be emailed then telephoned to discuss delivery. If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.
• We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
